Lifetime Warranty

All items are covered by a one year limited warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects only.

What’s Covered

• Clear manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear

• Loose or missing stones after delivery

• Damage, accidents, or improper care

• Sizing, maintenance, or routine repairs

• Loss or theft

• Any third-party work or alterations

After 14 Days
All sales are considered final. Any repairs or services after the warranty period are the customer's responsibility apart from manufacturer defects.

Service Requests
To request a review, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order information and a description of the issue. Items may need to be returned for inspection.
